ICLASS PRO FAQ

  • A: You can use a computer, tablet or phone – your user experience should remain the same! Please note that iClassPro recommends using the Google Chrome browser.  

    Also – coming soon – UDAEF will have a mobile app via both Apple Store and Google Play  to access the Customer Portal . Stay tuned! 

  • A: Nope! We’ve already imported your information into iClassPro. Follow these simple steps to get access to your account: 

    1. Go to the Customer Portal

    2. Using the same email address you usually use to enroll, click “Forgot Password.”  

    3. You will receive an email to change your password which will give you access to your account!

      Check your spam or junk folder if you don’t see it in your inbox!

      Email addresses aren’t working? Send an email to enrollments@udfoundation.organd we will get you set up!

  • A: As an organization, we are taking this opportunity with a new enrollment platform to ensure we have the most up to date information for our participants. This will help our team make sure discounts and scholarships are applied accurately and that we have all the information needed for a successful program for everyone!

  • A: All waivers have been updated!

    You will be prompted to acknowledge and take action on updated waivers the next time you sign in to your account.

  • A: Once you sign in to your account, click on “Register.” 

    If you’re looking for Summer Stage or MusicMan Academy, choose the icon to see the programs available.  

    If you’re looking for any of our “365 / Pop Up” classes, choose “Find a Class” and choose which person in your account that you wish to enroll.  

    Not seeing the program you’re looking for? Hang in there! Enrollment may not be open to that program just yet. Keep an eye on our website and social media to stay informed on enrollment dates!  

  • A: Please enroll your child in the MusicMan Academy program of choice. Payment is not required to enroll! We will apply the appropriate discount to your account and email an updated invoice to reflect the discount applied.  

  • A: Congratulations on your child’s scholarship and dedication to their music education! Please enroll your child in the MusicMan Academy program that corresponds to the scholarship awarded. Payment is not required to enroll!  

  • A: Thank you for your interest – learning never stops! Once you make an account, choose “Add A Student” and create a profile for yourself as a student.  

  • A: We have a couple ways to help you! 

    1. Check out our guides HERE to help you through your specific issue. 

    2. Email enrollments@udfoundation.org and let us know how we can assist! 

    3. Call 610-321-3535 and leave a message. We will get back to you to help! 

  • A: Thank you for your enrollment!

    If you did not see a charge on your account it is because we need to approve your enrollment request. Once approved, you will receive an email and see the charge on your account.
