UDAEF Announces New Partnership with Vivenu Ticketing Platform
The Upper Darby Arts & Education Foundation (UDAEF), presenter of Upper Darby Summer Stage and the Schoener MusicMan Academy, is pleased to announce a new partnership with ticketing provider, Vivenu.
Vivenu is a modern, innovative ticketing platform with the flexibility to support UDAEF’s current events and customers needs as well as grow alongside the organization as it’s line-up expands in the future . Notable features include mobile-friendly ticketing, digital event check-in capabilities, Apple Wallet and Google Wallet integration, and the ability to transfer ticket ownership via email.
According to Justin Heimbecker, UDAEF Executive Director, “This partnership with Vivenu affords our organization the ability to not only provide a cutting-edge ticketing experience for our patrons, but also to partner with other organizations in our community for low-to-no-cost ticketing and marketing services. It’s a win-win-win for the customer, the presenter, and the foundation.”
As for the transition to Vivenu, patrons can expect the Vivenu platform to be fully functional for Summer 2025 events, including Summer Stage performances. The platform has already been put to use serving as the point of sale for both The 2024 Shooting Stars Holiday Spectacular as well as The Nutcracker, presented by the Pennsylvania Academy of Ballet Society, earlier this Fall. UDAEF Director of Guest Services Kylie Dryden stated, “We encourage all patrons to create and verify an account with Vivenu as soon as they are ready to do so. With a verified account, customers will be able to view and manage all tickets and transactions in one place, making the customer experience incredibly smooth!”
Chris Luner, Summer Stage Artistic & Managing Director, added, “Beginning in 2025, the Vivenu system will also encompass our updated donor benefits, now titled Friends of Upper Darby Arts. These updated donor tiers still include exciting benefits such as ticket presale access and ticket discounts. All customers with a verified Vivenu account will have direct access to your tier’s benefits when purchasing through our system. While there is always a learning curve with a platform change, our team is committed to providing the support to help each and every customer as we make this exciting transition to Vivenu ahead of a landmark season.”
